Care tracking for senior dogs and cats

More good days, together.

Medications, meals, walks, vet visits and quality-of-life check-ins, all in one calm place your whole household can share.

GeriPaws shows you what's done and what's next, so you always know where things stand.

Example of the Today screen for a dog named Rascal: a medication due now, meals, water, a walk and weight, and links to Rascal's health.

You don't have to remember everything. That's our job.

There are more pills, more appointments and more small changes to notice. Some days you'll wonder whether you're doing enough.

GeriPaws carries the details so you can keep your attention on the one who matters. It shows the care you've given and what's coming up next, and it never tallies illness or decline.

Built for senior pet care

Everything older pets need, and the whole family on the same page.

No clutter and no jargon, just what you need to look after an older dog or cat.

Everyone who cares can help.

Share one pet with your spouse, your kids or a sitter. Invite people by email as a caregiver, who can log care and manage medications, or as a viewer, who can only look.

When someone gives a dose or logs a meal, the rest of the household hears about it, so nobody doubles up and nothing gets missed. Other households never see your pet's data.

Example of the Caregivers screen: Sam is the owner, John is a caregiver and Carol is a viewer, with a button to invite someone.

Quality-of-life check-ins, on a scale your vet may already know.

Score seven simple things: hurt, hunger, hydration, hygiene, happiness, mobility and whether there are more good days than bad. It's the HHHHHMM scale, a well-known tool in veterinary palliative care.

Choose the full seven-question check-in or a quick five-question one, and watch the trend over time. It gives you something steady to look at on days when your own feelings aren't.

Example of a well-being check-in: choosing the full or quick scale, and scoring hurt and hunger from 0 to 10.

Walk into the vet with the full picture.

Create a clear PDF with conditions, medications, recent incidents, well-being and weight trends, and your questions for the vet, ready for the appointment.

Or send a private link. Your vet can open it without making a GeriPaws account, and you can turn it off whenever you like.

Example of the vet visit summary: active conditions and current medications, a button to export a PDF, and a private share link for the vet.

Medications, meals and walks that remind you gently.

Set dosing schedules and refill tracking for every medication. Add routines for food, water, walks and weigh-ins, then get reminders when something is due or running late.

Every pet and every caregiver can choose their own reminders, so the right person hears about the right thing.

Example of a medication and routine list: Gabapentin, refill soon; joint supplement, given today; and a walk at 5:30 PM.

And all the small things that make a hard season easier.

  • Dogs and cats

Built for both, including litter box tracking for your senior cat.

  • All your pets at once

See what's due for every pet in one list, and log a shared meal or walk for all of them with one tap.

  • Condition guides

Monitoring guidance for osteoarthritis, cognitive dysfunction, kidney disease, heart failure, epilepsy and cancer. Medication and dosing decisions always stay with your vet.

  • Weight tracking

Log weigh-ins, get reminders, and see how weight changes over time.

  • Remind me later

Not the right moment? Push a dose or a walk back 15 minutes or more. Only your reminder moves; everyone else still sees it's due.

  • Accidents and incidents

Log an accident or incident in a tap, with notes and media, so patterns are easy to share with your vet.

  • Remembering them

Hand off ownership, mark a pet as rehomed or passed away, and keep memories of them.

  • Easy to read, day or night

Large tap targets, clear words instead of color alone, and light and dark modes for late-night medication checks.

Questions people ask

Is GeriPaws free?

Yes. Caring for one pet is free. Caring for several pets is free for now, and anyone who signs up before paid plans begin keeps full access.

Does GeriPaws replace my veterinarian?

No. GeriPaws helps you stay organized and notice changes. It doesn't diagnose, and it doesn't suggest medications or doses. Always talk to your vet about your pet's health and care.

Can my family and sitter use it too?

Yes. Invite people by email and choose whether each person is a caregiver or a viewer. Households that do not share a pet never see each other's data.

Does my vet need an account?

No. You can send your vet a private link to a read-only summary, or give them a PDF. You can turn the link off at any time.

Is it for dogs, cats, or both?

Both. GeriPaws is made for senior dogs and cats.

Where can I use it?

On the web today, on any computer, tablet or phone. The iPhone app is coming soon, and an Android app is on the way. One account works everywhere.
